26-year-old Russian forward Ivan Ignatyev might strengthen the Armenian club “Urartu”, according to insider Suren Meliksetyan. Currently, Ignatyev is a free agent.
The footballer has played for Krasnodar, Lokomotiv, Rubin, Krylia Sovetov, and Sochi. Overall, Ignatyev has scored 24 goals and provided 12 assists in 111 games played in the RPL.
For the past 6 months, the forward has been with “Zheleznichar,” representing the Serbian SuperLiga, where he made 1 assist in 7 matches.
Ignatyev is a Krasnodar academy product and has spent most of his career at this club. He has also been called up to the Russian youth national team.
