There has been a massive terrorist attack in Russia’s capital city, Moscow where armed assailants opened fire and detonated explosives at a concert hall in the city, killing at least 60 people and injuring 145 others. The responsibility of the attack has been taken by the militant Islamist organisation ISIS and following the attack, the US Embassy in Russia has issued a Level 4 Travel Advisory for all US nationals and they have also been aasked to follow the instructions of local authorities in Russia. US Embassy In Russia Issues Travel Advisory For Its Nationals
As mentioned earlier, a Level 4 Travel Advisory has been issued for all US Nationals, by the US Embassy in Russia. The travel advisory has been issued after gunmen in the Crocus City Hall opened fire and hot people at point blank range, causing a bloodshed. According to the local reports, the attack has resulted in social media blackouts/outages and peeple are not able to use platforms like Vkontakte and Telegram. The travel advisory issued by US Embassy reads, “The Embassy is aware of reports of an ongoing terrorist incident at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. US Citizens should avoid the area and follow instructions of local authorities.”
