Today, May 29, Magomed Huseynov, Director of Khasavyurtov Olympic Reserve School, Honored Coach of the USSR and Russia, celebrates his birthday. He had a very great contribution to the development of freestyle wrestling not only in Russia, but also for the whole world. Even at this age, he continues to train the whole team, and from his school is still graduating legendary wrestlers who achieve great heights in international arenas, such as – Abasgadzhi Magomedov, Magomedrasul Idrisov, Magomed Ramazanov and many more famous wrestlers.
In 2001 he achieved the opening of the first in Dagestan School of Olympic Reserve, where he is the head to date.
In 2009, FILA recognized him as the best coach in the world.
From March 2012 to December 2015 he was the coach of the Russian national freestyle wrestling team.
